Busy weekend!

This weekend was a busy one, but in a good way.  Saturday morning we headed over to Knoxville for a friend's wedding.  Allie got to spend the day and night bonding with Papa.  I think they both really enjoyed it.

I think Papa was a little nervous to keep her all by himself, but he did a great job!  And when we got home at midnight (that's extremely late for the Pitta's) they were asleep together in the chair, it was precious!

We had a blast at A & J's wedding.  It was a much needed adult night out for us and it was great seeing our closest friends that we don't get to see often enough, and lots of friends we haven't seen in years.   A is pretty much friends with the entire world so it was like a high school/college reunion.

Sunday, Allie woke us up bright and early for Papa's Father's day breakfast.  Uncle Bunny and Aunt Yo came over and cooked a huge yummy breakfast for us.   After breakfast we headed over to the Slagle's house for my bff's wedding shower.

We made several attempts to take this pic, this is the best we could do with all the kiddos.

Apparently I was excited.

We attempted a babies only picture.  It didn't work out so well.

Jeff had to go to Chattanooga for work on Sunday, so Allie and I decided to stay in Knoxville until Tuesday so we could see more people.  We spent a lot of time with the Roback's, Allie absolutely adores their kids (as do I).  She thought Trey was hilarious.

On Monday we went to meet Nana at Aubrey's for lunch, and then to the mall for some shopping....what else do you do on a rainy day?

We went to the Disney store and Allie got to hang out with her best buds.

On our way home Tuesday we got to stop and visit with my Nannie (Allie's great-Nannie).  It was a great weekend filled with lots of family and friends, which means lots of people to love on Allie!
